Unable to login to CPanel

Greetings Staff and Members.
First of all, this is my information :

Account Username:shadowed

Primary Domain:http://mjippo.x10hosting.com

cPanel URL:http://mjippo.x10hosting.com:2082

Hosting Type:Ad-Free

Advertisements:None Required

Disk-Space Allotment:300 MB

Bandwidth Allotment:10000 MB

Features:cPanel 10+, MySQL, PHP 5+, CGI, FTP

PHP VersionHP 5.2.4 - Basic, Default -

Now, the problem.I am able to login to my Account Panel located at http://x10hosting.com/account , but i am unable to login to my CPanel.I am entering my username and password correctly, i re-checked several times.I have deletes temp files, cookies are enabled.I even tried another explorer too.
Perhaps a password reset would work?My CPanel username is "Shadowed".

P.S:I am getting the message : Login Attempt Failed!

Edit: I did password reset, i got this

but not email..

I've reset your password and sent it to you by PM.
Try to login now and tell us if you could or not.
You should then be able to change your password in cPanel.

I appreciate the time you spent and/or might spend for the solution of this problem, as it has not been solved yet.I received your personal message and i though i entered correctly the password, i am still unable to login.If you would like, since you have my username and password, attempt to login to my panel and let me know if you are able too.Then we should know if it is just my explorer that causes this problem.This is just a suggestion though, there might be another way to solve this problem.

I too am unable to log into cpanel, but is this due to my really new account?

ok nvm i found out my problem when logging into Cpanel it make all letters lower case btw password is the same.....
