Unable to login to my account

When I try to login to my account, I receive message that my account is not linked to a forum account, which is wrong.

Could you please be kind to assist?

You need to link your Forum and cPanel accounts together. You can do this be logging into http://x10hosting.com/login with your Forum username and password, then when it asks enter your cPanel username.

I did that but the "Link account" message appears asking my account username to be entered. When I enter it I receive error "The hosting username you specified does not exist."

When I try to open "inlogic.x10hosting.com" or "inlogic.x10hosting.com:2082", I receive browser ""The website cannot be found" error message.

Looks that only my Forum account is working.
