Unable to login X10hosting Login Page

Hi,

when i try to login to my hosting account in X10 homepage i am getting the following error. I am not able to go my CP.
Please advice how to resolve this.

"An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system
Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue"

This section is the unofficial area for support and as such there isn't a lot that can be done by other forum members and if something needs changing it will have to be dealt with by staff who are higher up in the chain.

This may be a continuous problem or one that will sort itself out as things happen behind the scenes. I'd suggest opening a ticket though. http://support.x10hosting.com/
