Unable to login

Hi support,

i am unable to login to my account.
i have the correct username "*****" and password "****" but it just goes in circles back to the login screen.
if i put in the incorrect details then it says "Login Attempt Failed!"
Otherwise with the correct details, it just says nothing.

Can you please help. i have tried IE and firefox, both have the same problem.

Please try ussing "boeshoe" like cpanel username.
If you've tryed with this username and get the same error, please let me know and i'll change your cpanel password.

After the login success page, try to browse directly to http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082/frontend/x3/index.php by copy-pasting the address in your browser.

You need to have the cookie in your cache to login directly. It's impossible if you never have logged in.

Hi i can sometimes get in with boeshoe and sometimes i cant.
it doesnt seem to be the username or password that is incorrect, this morning i got into the cpanel, but clicking on the "file manager" took me back to the login screen again and again.

Finally i couldnt even get into cpanel at all?? i am confused what could be causing it. Again i tried IE and FF.

I was able to login again, and i followed the recommended link http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082/frontend/x3/index.php and i got this.
Not Found

The server was not able to find the document (./frontend/x3/index.php) you requested.
Please check the url and try again. You might also want to report this
error to your web hosting provider.

Hello,

This morning we have some truobles with cpanel on stoli and lotus, please check again your file manager should work fine again.

Remember that cpanel is sensitive to capital letters when you try to login

Hi, thanks for the quick reply.
After trying to login with the link suggested above i am taken back to the login screen again (in circles) with this link in the browser
