unable to login

I mentioned yesterday that I was unable to login... I login to my user control panel from x10hosting.com, and I click the button that says "Login to cPanel"... I got an alert saying what I entered was wrong (knowing that it wasn't), I went to my e-mail with my account details, clicked the link to go directly to the cPanel login, typed in all my CORRECT information, and it still says that I typed in an invalid username/password.. Keep in mind I did not enter an invalid password. What do I do? How can I build a website if I can't even get into the control panel?

Ty this , go to account panel http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php .Here you can change your cpanel password also a link to cpanel.Use that link and check if you can login.If not post back here
