Unable to login

I am unable to login to my account. I have tried changing the password may times, but it is of no avail. Please help me login. I have even tried to reset the password via email.

Just to confirm, you do know that the cPanel username is not the same as your forum username? Assuming it is cPanel you have trouble logging into. Also I do not see any actions for password change listed for your account, did you reset the password through your account panel (https://x10hosting.com/control)?
