Unable to login

Every time I try to log into my account management page I get:

A fatal error has occurred processing your request, please try again momentarily. The error code provided is: Unknown

I've tried resetting my password but this hasn't worked. If I click on submit a support ticket it says I am not registered. Any ideas?

Same here on lotus. I'm sure they are already aware and working on it. They're pretty 'on the ball' around here.

If you see a red icon in your server's column, it may be why you're having problems.
