unable to logon to server

Hi

I tried accessing my account today but am unable to
I have re-entered my password and verfied my POP and SMTP settings.

The error i am getting is:

Task 'chris@fullcircleplanningsolutions.co.uk - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings. The server responded: -ERR Authentication failed.'

my incoming mail server is
mail.fullcircleplanningsolutions.co.uk

Can you please advise- does it have something to do with the migration that is taking place?
