Unable to manage account

I can log in okay but do not get any options to manage fules at all???

Where are you logging in at? There are two place to log in, your account panel: https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, or your cPanel which you can find a link to from the account panel. In cPanel, File Manager link is where you manage your files.
