when i go to www.x10hosting.com and login it says "an error has occurred" you must login to view this page.
I login again, it is successful and it redirects to my hosting account information.
Server Status shows:

yet when i go to x10hostingservices up\down it shows the cossacks server to be up except for my sql.
I have linked my account and confirmed and can get to cpanel url, yet i cannot manage my account.
I don't know what else to do. Please advise. Thank you.
