I tried to delete a MySQL user from a database, cPanel said it was sucessful and I clicked "Go Back" and the user was still there. I also tried adding a user and I got an error that was like this:

I tried recreating that user and it said the name was taken. I did not see it at all, and the name is something nobody else would come up with, and it has "irc4cpu" at the beginning.
