Unable to modify domain/sub-domains

Hi,
I am unable to modify domain/sub-domains.
Do I need to manually remove entries in folders etc .. www ... , and redo the entries?

It would be great if there is a "Things pending / unresolved" list somewhere on forum to refer to, and which is regularly updated.

Please tell me the domain in the question.

insteps.net, dev1.insteps.net, mirror1.insteps.net
They do not show in CPanel (Addon Domain and Subdomain lists)

Please try adding this addon domain now. It should work.


You can add subdomain once your addon domain is configured.

I get the following error....

There was a problem creating the sub-domain. Show Details
Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1]. Error: Error from domain wrapper: dev1.insteps.net is owned by another user.

There were couple of emails associated with dev1.insteps.net, I guess I would have to re-do them..
Is CPanel working? or some parts manually done?
When is expected to be all fixed?

cPanel is working fine. Do you face any problem while accessing cPanel?
you want to delete email accounts? All or some? please mention.
