Unable to modify my account...

I am trying to change my main domain but I am receiving a message saying "No package exists with the ID listed under the user's row". I did a search for the problem but the replies were invariably something along the lines of "wait for Chopin transfers to finish". Isn't the Chopin problem solved now? Is there something I'm doing wrong or is something wrong with my account maybe?
