Unable to open CPanel

Hi

I can't login to my cpanel @ http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082

My site is up http://jmk.x10hosting.com/ but without cpanel I can't configure.

Can you help please?

Go to the Account Panel

http://x10hosting.com/login.php

Log in with Forum username and password.

Click continue to Account Panel

Left side will show your cPanel username. It may be different from your forum username.

You can set a new cPanel password there, just in case you did not remember it correctly.
