unable to open phpmyadmin

every time when i open phpmyadmin. it says "cPanel was unable to successfully log you in to phpMyAdmin. If you are having issues logging in to phpMyAdmin, please submit a support ticket". what is the problem ? my account is unsuspended but still cant access my url it says as account suspended.

pls help me in these

The issue regarding your domain name displaying the Suspended page should now be fixed. Are you still getting the phpMyAdmin error?
