Unable to open, server error: does not appear to have SharePoint Services installed

I use the ancient FrontPage 2003, and publishing my website has worked since I signed up in June, but for a couple of months now, when I try to publish the website it comes up with this message:

Unable to open 'http://www.pulp.x10hosting.com' Server error: The Web server at 'http://www.pulp.x10hosting.com' does not appear to have Windows SharePoint Services installed.

How can I fix this?

Try uploading your site through ftp instead.
