unable to re-activate account

Hi i keep trying to re-active my account from it being suspended due to inactivity on the forum but i get the following error:

Can my account be un-suspended.

Hello,

I have restored and unsuspended your account. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations. to reset your password go to Account Panel.
I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order.
