Unable to Re-Create Hosting Account

Hi, I am unable to re-create my hosting account under this forum account (lost it due to inactivity... My bad... :tongue.

I tried following the instructions in the hosting section in my Control Panel but after typing in my desired CPanel name into the New Hosting account section (was led to there by the instructions), I was led to the login section to my Control Panel and thereafter back to my Control Panel again without any indication of making a hosting account.

Is this related to any problems on your side? (Understand that there are some server trouble as we speak...)

Nope, nothing at all; can't even continue the process in the first place...

Well you would be essentially doing what you were doing before, but with a new email address. It's no different.

So in other words, the only way to re-create a hosting account would be to create a new email account, use that to create a new hosting account and forum account, then use the forum account swap feature with the desired old account?
