Unable to register for hosting account

Hi, I got stuck in your bug whereby I was unable to get a hosting account (my pending request got cancelled). I followed the given instructions (follow the "sign up here" link in the Hosting Account area error), however that led me into a useless loop as so.

I seem to be unable to register for a new hosting account and link it to the forum account as your database insists that my email has been used (and there is no way for me to link it to the account with that email). I had this same problem when back in September with another x10hosting account (msohcw), which has led me to recreate this new account (nsohcw). I would appreciate if this bug could be fixed, or if my account (forum and hosting, i.e. the entire account) could be deleted from your database such that I could reregister.

Login to your account panel first https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, and then stay logged in there when you go to sign up again. That way, you can use the same email linked to your account.
