Unable to Register fpr free hosting

I am using vpn connection and this is my only way to gain access to internet..
I tried to register but it says i am behind a proxy service. That's true but there is no alternatives for me..
So, pls help me register my free hosting under following details

domain: mysn.x10.mx

Though it seems straight forward, I am surprised that you can enter forums from the same connection but not get a hosting.
Hope this gets addressed soon.

Far as I know there's no way to bypass this; the forums don't have proxy detection because the forums weren't being bombarded by users bypassing the country block via proxy, but the hosting service itself was. All I can suggest is trying it from work, school, or a local net-cafe and see if those get blocked as proxies as well (they might be, but there's a chance they might not be too).
