Unable to register

So it's been awhile since I've used x10 and I wanted to start a WordPress blog here, but whenever I try to register lately I keep getting this message:

Unfortunately we're unable to accept your sign up at this time. The reason is included below.

Reason
We are not able to accept your sign up at this time.
Please try again at another time.

I do not have any previous active accounts.

Anyway I can get help with this? I'm trying to register from the United States (whitelisted country) and not through a proxy.
