Unable to renew my starter upgrade?

I got an email that my invoice was overdue. When I view the unpaid invoice it says payment method in MailIn when it should be PayPal. I also got an email from PayPal saying that the auto billing from x10 had been cancelled and I'd have to contact you to set it back up?

I had the same problem. I posted here about it and Eric sorted it so that the paypal button was restored. But be careful. I then paid, but paypal took an automatic payment for it again the next day. So make sure that your subscription has been cancelled.

This is correct what @serennau22 states. There should not be any reason to pay the invoice directly ( we are working on our system internally to mention this) if the PayPal sub is still active. I will reach back out via DM to resolve this for you!
