unable to request unsuspension

After being suspended, im unable to request unsuspension. It says
" action status

Unsuspension of your hosting account.
result
A system error occurred while processing this action.

Error Code: 9516581B"

Hello,

I have restored and unsuspended your account. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations. to reset your password go to Account Panel.
I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order.
