unable to reset control panel password

I forgot my cpanel password and reset all my passwords at https://x10hosting.com/control/?account&password

However, if I click on "login to control panel" it opens up this page https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ and the page itself opens with a message "Login Attempt Failed!".

Is there any easier way to reset my cpanel password?

No. All password resets have to be done from that page. Try typing http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083 into the address bar manually. That may eliminate the login error message.

Still doesnt work. I submitted the password change request yesterday only and following is the information on "Hosting account actions" page at https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting&actions

Does this mean that my password is not updated? Can you help me login to my hosting account as soon as possible?
