Unable to restore access to my account via Password Reset

Hi,

I have tried following the instructions in the New x10Hosting Site post a few times over the past month or so, but have not received any of the password reset emails.

Is the password reset function working at this time or is there something else I need to do first?

I am not seeing any services related to your forum name.
maybe @STAFF or an @Admin can assist you further.

looking back on your past forum posts you needed an account restore
in Apr 22, 2020, after allowing it to lapse by not signing in every 30 days.
is it possible this is the same case but where your account was deleted ?
at which point you may again need your account restored by @STAFF.

There was a problem with the transfer of your hosting account into the new backend, I have corrected this and you should now be able to properly reset the password.
