Unable to restore access to my account via Password Reset

When attempting to reset my password, I do not receive an email. The email address is correct

Thanks Anna, the password reset is working again. However, when trying to access the control panel, I get the error "Failed to create login token: key creation failed. If this account was just created, it may take several minutes to become available". I've waited over 24 hours so I assume something else is wrong with my account.

It's working, thank you! My site and database is still there too which I wasn't expecting
