Unable to run ASPX files on Absolut Mono

Hi there,
I created a test ASPX file and uploaded it. Whenever, I tried to run it, I will get the error below:

Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Kindly advise me on what may be the cause of the problem, thanks!
