Unable to see account panel

Hi,
My username on x10hosting.com and forums.x10hosting.om is "pathaka". I wanted to link my domain to x10hsting so i logged into x10hosing.com, then it showed up a "link" page instead of normal account info. page.. There it asked me to type my forum user name to link my account to forum. and it mentioned that my account is ad-enhanced where as it is ad-free....

Please help....
