UNABLE to see Softaculous on my Cpanel

Softaculous used to be present before in Cpanel. However, now that I am accessing the x10hosting account portal which redirected me to Cpanel, I am unable to see the Softaculous auto installer. Does anyone, know how I can get that back.

Help will be greatly appreciated.
