If the sender was rejected, then that means x10hosting is blacklisted there, right? It happens a lot because of abusers and spammers that originate from here. Those accounts are suspended and eventually deleted to stop the abuse, but unfortunately, x10hosting still gets blacklisted and there's nothing much we can do about it. You might try using google apps to send and receive mail instead, to get around it by sending and receiving through gmail.
