Unable to setup hosting... Error Code C0D0B733

I was trying to setup new hosting account (free plan, .mx domain, first one - fresh account) but was unable to do so because of Error Code C0D0B733... I've found a thread: http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/133397-error-code-c0d0b733-password-too-long.html where someone said about cancelling the request and setting up new one, however I can't find an option to do that (request was cancelled, but I don't know how to attempt once again).
