Unable to sign up issue

I'm facing a little problem in signing up to your service please can any one from the stuff do it for me manually .
Below is the sign up details:

cPanel Username : beisan-net
Email : beisan-net@live.com
Subdomain : beisan.x10hosting.com
hosting plan:Adenhanced(Corporate)
Do you agree to the TOS? Yes

I receive this message on my email inbox:

The error that occurred was:

You must supply a contact email address.

While tried to do it many many times but..........
Just to inform you people
I faced before this problem and x10 stuff created my account manually
So I was looking for that type of help
Note that my prevois account delete for sure because of inactivity
