Hello,
We are a group of high school students from Argentina and we are working on a secret  free software (probably GPLv3+AGPLv3 [in a server part we are not going to host here because it would break the Terms of Service]+CC-BY-SA 3.0 [for the art]) and we decided to use x10Hosting free services to host our private Mediawiki+phpBB+Trac and our public website and forums. We will not use our x10Hosting account for hosting the web service we are going to develop, we are not going to host our files or our revision control system (Mercurial) here and we are not going to break the Terms of Service.
We are not sure if we will finish this project, but we decided we really need these things to continue.
However, when I try to sign up at http://x10hosting.com/free-hosting-signup, I get this:
Due to continued abuse from your country of origin we have currently disabled signups. Please try back at a later date.
so we can't do it. I know that there are lots of bad people and spammers in my country, but we are not like them. I could have used a proxy, but I decided that wouldn't be honest and I thought it would be better to just ask you to create the account for me.
Currently, our domain name is underphex.cz.cc, but we will register the .com or maybe .org when we are 100% sure that this software we are developing will be released.
I also have a few questions about the service:

  1. According to the Free vs Paid plan comparison, neither Python nor Perl are available for free accounts, and we need at least one of them for bug tracking (Trac is written in Python and Bugzilla requires Perl). However, the x10 vs 110MB, x10 vs 000webhost, x10 vs Freehostia and x10 vs Byethost comparisons say that both Perl and Python can be used in free accounts. So, can we use those services or should I move to another free hosting provider?
  2. Since this is free shared hosting, I am quite sure that the answer will be 'no', but I have to ask anyways: is it possible to use an SSL certificate on a free hosting account? GoDaddy is giving Free SSL certificates to Open Source projects and it would be great if we could use them (when we register our .com domain; you can change the domain associated with an account, right?).
Could you please answer those questions and create an account if we can use Perl/Python? Thank you :)

Hello,

1. Python and Perl are only avaialbe on paid hosting.
2. You need a dedicated IP to install SSL, we are not providing dedicated IP with free hosting.
