I had an account with X10 hosting years ago but it has since gone inactive. I am trying to sign up with a new account but am unable to on the site. I enter in a user name but when hit "next" to go to step #2, I am redirected back to the main page. I have tried this on another computer and get the exact same error. Can you please assist?

I was able to get to the page to sign up, but the account is not going to be activated until I confirm my email address. I have tried sending several confirmation emails but I did not receive them at my gmail address. I confirmed the email address is correct and I was able to receive other emails from X10 hosting. Is something also wrong with the email confirmation message as well....this is not starting off very well ... Thanks in advance for your help...
