Unable to signup

Hi, I have tried to sign up twice today, the first time I was put in an 8 hour queue but the second time just a 5 minute one.

Both times the account has failed to be setup, I get the following email:

This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

The error that occurred was:

Whm error: sorry that username (******) is taken. check /etc/passwd (code create_1)​

The error that occurred can most likely be resolved by signing up again for a hosting account here: http://x10hosting.com/hosting/signup

If you keep receiving this error, please post on our forums for support or forward this email to support@x10hosting.com.

When signing up though I do the check username thing which seems to work.

I will keep trying but figure I may as well post here.
Edit:
Ok, as soon as I posted this I got another email telling me my account has now been created.

Weird, but seems to be ok now.
