Signups for x10 free service will be turned off starting this Friday. That may have something to do with your issue.
Have you tried to access the DA CP directly?
When you say signups are turned off do you mean for good or just UNTIL Friday? If it's for good then how was I able to load SitePad? If it's until Friday, here it is, and I still can't get a side panel with 'pages.'
If by 'DA' you mean dashboard, yes. I tried the DA CP directly and nothing. If 'DA' is something else, please advise.
I tried reloading the SitePad and it said I already exist. I apologize for my computer ineptness, I spent the first half of my life without one.

Starts Friday for a few weeks. By your original post it sounded like never in CP. Have you cleared browser history/cache and restarted the ISP router/modem?
