Unable to unsuspend account after not logging in for over one month

Hello,
I recently got an email notification telling me that my account had been suspended because I had not logged into my account. Upon receiving this email, I immediately logged into my account and click on the unsuspend account button. It has been stuck on this image since 13/11/14:

How can I reactivate my account? Thank in advance

We had some form of a system failure on the 13th that resolved itself fairly fast; the problem was it wouldn't "reset" and show you the unsuspend button so you could try again. Knowing that, I've kicked it and forced the unsuspension; access should be restored shortly.
