Unable to unsuspend hosting account

Hi,
I have been suspended for high system resource usage (more details at http://x10hosting.com/forums/script...-timeouts-when-drupal-tries-access-mysql.html).
However I cannot unsuspend myself using the x10hosting account panel, I get the following error when I try to submit a request-

Hosting Unsuspension     submitted September 14 at 2:36 am
     SXweawupDO0c
     action status
Error     information
Unsuspension of your hosting account.       result
A system error occurred while processing this action.

Error Code: 5227DEDB

Please unsuspend my account, thanks a lot

Your site is not suspended at the moment. When you click it goes into queue.
