Unable to Unsuspend my account

I have been suspended for inactivity. However, I am unable to unsuspend my account. There is no option to do so; the control panel reads that i can self-unsuspend. How?

I have now unsuspended your account. Please remember that you must login to the forums at least once every 31 days in order to avoid suspension for inactivity. Posting is not required. Also account manager and cPanel login do not count.
