Unable to unsuspend my account?

Recently my account was suspended for high bandwidth. Usually, all I have to do is file an unsuspend request and my site returns to normal. However, this time it's not working. What's going on?

Take a look at High Resource Usage if you have not done so yet.

Edit: You may want to consider temporarily disabling any WordPress plugins you may be using.
