Unable to unsuspend my accout

Hi, I was trying to unsuspend my account since it was automatic, but I couldn't get my account unsuspended for a few days. Is there a problem?

You were suspended before the server move and you never requested an account restore. We unfortunately cannot restore your account any longer as the restoring period is already over.

Yes, But some Old records of your account are still in the system. We are removing these records now. So you have to wait for complete removal of your account. Once done you can signup again.
