Unable to unsuspend

I just tried to access my account and was told I had been suspended due to inactivity. The exact message was:
You have been suspended for inactivity. it is a requirement that you login to the x10Hosting Portal once every month to keep your account active; posting is never required. You're able to unsuspend yourself immediately via the Portal.

Unsuspend Account

The link does not work. when I place my mouse over it, the color around it changes slightly, and my cursor changes to an I bar instead of a pointing finger.

Since the link doesn't work, how do I unsuspend myself? I'll make sure to log in to the panel at least once a month from now on, but first I need to be unsuspended please.

I have ran the unsuspension on my end; the account should be live shortly.
