unable to unsuspend

I can't get my account to unsuspend in free hosting.

I get the Account Suspended screen.
Date 2013-07-22 19:52:23

Reason: inactivity

I get a blue box at the bottom that says "We are now unsuspending your account"

Nothing happens. The account remains locked. Have tried this through the login on several different computers and different browsers.
