unable to update my website

I have been unable to update my website since the last stoli reboot
taa.x10.mx
I use microsoft frontpage

Frontpage is not as useful as it used to be. It's being rendered obsolete by many other systems. Instead of using frontpage, use FTP. Publisher can be configured to use FTP instead of the frontpage extensions.

Im sure it is but it will take days to transfer. Frontpage worked well until recently so what happened after the reboot. The reason I signed up was that x10 supported frontpage.
I get the feeling no-one cares about free hosted accounts ...is this the case?
If so what options do I have re packages that will support frontpage
