unable to upload

Please note that I am asking on behalf of a friend who doesn't know as much about this as I do. I tried to upload her website using FileZilla and received an error message as follows:

I changed her password using her control panel, but neither he original PW nor the new one worked. She is in a hurry to get online and so far, I've tried everything I could think of.
Please help! This is the most difficult part of designing websites for me.

She would need to seek support from the forum account linked to that hosting account.

We can NOT answer questions about an account other then the one linked with the forum account the support request comes from.
