Unable to use - addon domains

Im unable to add my domain, Im getting the error below, the names servers at my domain register are pointing to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.

For some reason its not letting me add my domain?

I have removed the dns entries. Can you see if you can add that domain now?
