Unable to use fantastico

I am trying to install joomla on my hosting account,i have entered my username and password in fantastico but at very next step i am getting this error.

Anyone could please tell how to overcome this? I have also tried Drupal but same problem occurred.

Your account is on Cossacks. The maintenance on that server is probably not complete yet.

Thanks for reply carl6969, ok the problem will be fixed within 24 hours , but whether i will be able to use fantastico then? i need to install joomla because i have already deleted all files on server,its empty now.

Everything, including Fantastico, should be back to normal once the maintenance on the servers is complete.
