Hello! Apparently, I have a week to set up my site, however I'm having problems using the website builder provided by x10hosting via the cpanel. I attempt to login to my ftp account but all my attempts fail. I tried every possible combination, yet it says that the username or password is incorrect. I configure my domain's name-servers to point towards x10hosting and it's all prepared, but I cannot login. How do I edit my website then? I have a week to set it up, I believe, according to the ToS:

Terms of Service said:
"Accounts must also have a working website within one week."

I cannot follow this rule, due to the fact that my website cannot be edited or setup at all. Please reply as soon as you can, since I'm running out of time. Thanks in advance.

Edited: I tried my forums username/password and my cpanel username/password, yet I still have the same problem.

If you can log into cPanel, you can use the File Manager to either create/edit or upload a basic index.html page..."Under Construction" etc. The admins just do not want to see the default x10hosting page or 'Index of /' page.

Edited: I managed to get the index page to work. Though, is there any way to get the Site-Builder to work?

Once the updates are done, usually logging in with the account main domain, and cPanel username/password is the way of using siteBuilder.
