Unable to view web site.

Okay. I just got done uploading a "Style" to my hosting for phpBB3 and upon refreshing my page to go to the Admin CP so I can update my page to the new style I get a "Page Not Found - Connection Error".

Does anyone know what's going on with this?

Nevermind. Cleaned Cache for the 5th time in a row and it works now. Somewhat. It's slow on the reloading

Nope. Won't work again. This is aggrivating....

there's some issues with the free servers and they will sporadically go down for a brief time.
