I am unable to do anything in my File Manager. I am unable to upload, unable to edit, unable to use ftp for doing any kind of action on any files. In every cases connection get time out. Please help me. And PHP Code $HTTP_REMOTE_ADDR is not working. I have Intermediate PHP version. Help me please.

When I am trying to access my mail through webmail it is showing :
A fatal error has occurred
Could not connect to database for SQL SessionHandler.
Details have been logged for the administrator.
